About The Event
Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7 pm.
Class is for all levels and will focus on linking breath and movement - and yes you will break a sweat! We will do variations of sun salutations, strength work, deep stretching, and meditation. Come as you are, pay what you can.
You'll need your own yoga mat. Wear comfortable non-binding clothing and hydrate before class. Please arrive 5-10 minute before the start time. The class will start promptly and the doors to the building will be locked.
